If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will provide an exchange or refund service. Simply follow the instructions and we will do our best to meet your request.

Kind reminder: Any addresses on the parcel are not approved as the return address.
Returned package without an authorized return address from customer service representatives will not be refunded or exchanged.
For Returns & Exchanges:
If you are not satisfied with the product(s) you have purchased from the KUOSE online website, you can request for a return within 15 days of receiving the product(s). If the return request is not due to issues regarding the quality of the product(s), you will have to bear the return shipping fees.
Please note that the following are NOT considered quality issues:
1. Loose threads, burrs, thickness, feel, and/or differences in colour from the display;
2. Being unsatisfied with the style and/or colour, and changes in personal taste and preferences;
3. Damage caused by improper use, washing, maintenance, self-repair, modification or other human factors;
4. And/or returns due to sizing issues.
Returns/ Exchanges
If you require a return or an exchange of product(s), please contact our customer service in advance, and we will assist you in completing the process.

The addresses stated on the package are not our official return address.We will not approve of any returns that are not authorized by the customer service officer.
Order Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel the order, please contact us to submit the assistance request form. The refund will be returned to your accountwithin 3-15 working days. We will not accept any cancellations if the order has already been shipped.
